Nivanoo Standard Returns & Shipping Policy

  1. Eligibility & Timeframe
    • You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • The return is free of charge; however, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday) may impose different rules—review the applicable terms before checkout.
  2. Items Purchased from Authorized Retailers
    If you bought your nivanoo product from a third-party authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly for returns or exchanges.
  3. Standard Returns Procedure (non-promotional orders)
    a. Email support@nivanoo.com with the subject “Return Request”.
    b. Include your order number and the exact item(s) you wish to return.
    c. We will reply with a prepaid return label and further instructions.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items
    • Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
    • Email support@nivanoo.com with the subject “DAMAGED” and attach:
    – Clear photographs of the damage
    – Your order number
    • We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
  5. Missing Items
    If any part of your order has not arrived, email support@nivanoo.com with the subject “MISSING ITEM” and provide your order number. We will investigate and respond within one business day.
